Luna | Congo African Grey | Learning to Talk & Make Sounds!

This is another example of our 5 month old CAG trying to speak and make sounds. You’ll also hear and see some of my other flock members; Mo, Jasmine, Romeo, Juliette, Poppee, Cupid, and Valentine. Forgive my camera, it doesn’t do mpegs well in low light. Enjoy!

@wondermomma Hi, how do your CAG and DYH get along?

We have both, the CAG came first, and they don’t seem to have any interest in each other. They don’t ever really fight, just nothing in common I guess, lol. Are yours friendly with each other? Thanks

I don’t think you have enough birds! You need to add a Senegal to the mix!

nah, it’s not that bad if you do it once a day and keep up with it. They are mostly kept on top of cages and playstands that catch most of the poo anyway. This video was taken in a bedroom where they were taking a short break.

Yep! We had a long list of names we were contemplating too. Luna just stood out from the others. Besides it’s meaning of “moon” in spanish. :-) I take it you have one name Luna too? (I’m going to see if you have any vids).
